Over a period of three days, 400 concrete blocks were placed on the grounds of the Université Laval campus. Then they were covered with limestone. The limestone changes the acidity of the soil, and so the grass around the blocks became greener and the one under the blocks dried out. Once the blocks were removed, traces of the intervention were visible for months.
